Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using BeautyCycle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is provided by the developer (contact: [email protected]).

2. License

The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store / Google Play you downloaded it from.

3. Not medical advice (important)

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The cycles and dates shown are simple calculations based on information you enter yourself. The App does not recommend any procedure and does not guarantee the effect, result, or safety of any treatment. The "AI Skin Note" produces reference observations only and is not a medical opinion. Timing and results vary from person to person. Always consult a qualified medical professional about whether and when to receive any treatment.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Every feature of the App is free to use. During your first 30 days no ads are shown; after that, ads may appear while all features remain free. An optional *subscription removes ads — it does not unlock any additional features.
• The ad-free subscription is offered as an *auto-renewable subscription (for example, monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your *App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription *renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store / Google Play, not by the developer directly.
• If prices change, we will notify you in advance as required by the store; continued use after the change means you accept the new price.
