Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using BeautyCycle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is provided by the developer (contact: [email protected]).

2. License

The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store / Google Play you downloaded it from.

3. Not medical advice (important)

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The cycles and dates shown are simple calculations based on information you enter yourself. The App does not recommend any procedure and does not guarantee the effect, result, or safety of any treatment. The "AI Skin Note" produces reference observations only and is not a medical opinion. Timing and results vary from person to person. Always consult a qualified medical professional about whether and when to receive any treatment.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• The App is free for the first 7 days after you first use it on a device. After that, core features — adding cycles, logging visits, AI Skin Note, calendar, recap cards, spending stats, export, and similar — require a Premium subscription or the lifetime pass. Viewing your existing records, reminders you have already scheduled, and backup export/import remain available without a subscription.
• Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime pass. Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by country.
• Subscription payments are charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings; deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• The lifetime pass is a single payment with no renewal. It does not cancel an existing subscription — if you hold both, cancel the subscription yourself in your store account to avoid being charged twice.
• The free period is applied once per device (see Privacy Policy §6). Reinstalling the App does not restart it.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store / Google Play, not by the developer directly.
• If prices change, we will notify you in advance as required by the store; continued use after the change means you accept the new price.
