## Terms of Use
### 1. Agreement
By downloading or using BeautyCycle ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is provided by the developer (contact: [email protected]).
### 2. License
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store / Google Play you downloaded it from.
### 3. Not medical advice (important)
The App **does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.** The cycles and dates shown are simple calculations based on information you enter yourself. The App does not recommend any procedure and does not guarantee the effect, result, or safety of any treatment. The "AI Skin Note" produces reference observations only and is **not** a medical opinion. Timing and results vary from person to person. Always consult a qualified medical professional about whether and when to receive any treatment.
### 4. Subscriptions and payments
- Every feature of the App is free to use. During your first 7 days no ads are shown; after that, ads may appear while all features remain free. An optional **subscription removes ads** — it does not unlock any additional features.
- The ad-free subscription is offered as an **auto-renewable subscription** (for example, monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your **App Store / Google Play account** at confirmation of purchase. The subscription **renews automatically** unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store / Google Play, not by the developer directly.
- If prices change, we will notify you in advance as required by the store; continued use after the change means you accept the new price.
### 5. Your content
Any notes, records, or text you enter (including treatment records and AI Skin Note results) are **your content**, stored on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. You must not use the App to store unlawful content or to infringe anyone's rights.
### 6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; use it in a way that harms the service or other users; abuse the AI feature (for example, automated or excessive requests); or use it for any unlawful purpose.
### 7. Disclaimers
The App is provided **"as is" and "as available,"** without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered (device settings, permissions, or the operating system may affect notifications).
### 8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed appointments or reminders. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
### 9. Changes and termination
We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised "Last updated" date. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
### 10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise. Questions: **[email protected]**.

## Privacy Policy
### Summary in one line
**This app does not collect your personal information.** Everything you enter is stored only on your device. Data leaves your device only when you choose to use two optional features: the AI Skin Note (§3 — a photo plus, if set, your birth year and gender are sent for analysis and then discarded), and the Community (§3-1 — posts and comments you write are stored on the server under an anonymous nickname).
### 1. Information we do NOT collect
This app has **no sign-up.** It never collects, stores on any server, or transmits:
- Personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number. (If you set a birth year and gender in your profile, they are sent with an AI Skin Note analysis request only to tailor peer-comparison output — see §3 — and are not stored on the server.)
- Location, contacts, or calendar data
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) or device identifiers — never collected by the developer (for the limited information Google AdMob processes while serving ads during free use, see §6)
- Usage logs, analytics, or crash reports
### 2. Information stored only on your device
The following information you enter yourself is kept **only in the app's local storage.**

- This information (cycles and visit history) is **never sent over the network.** (The only exception is the AI Skin Note in §3.)
- Record photos you pick from your library are stored only on this device and are never sent over the network.
- Reminders are **local notifications scheduled on your device** (no push server is used).
- Gratitude journal text and the names of items you add yourself are stored only on this device, and are included as **plain text** (not encrypted) in a backup file when you create one. App Lock protects the app screen only, not the backup file — so **take care when sharing a backup file.**
- Treatment history can be sensitive, which is why this app was designed without a server for your records.
### 3. AI Skin Note (optional feature — only with your consent)
The "AI Skin Note" works **only when you choose to use it.**
- The face photo you take or select is sent to the AI analysis server **over an encrypted connection (HTTPS)** for analysis (processed via the Google Gemini API).
- The photo is used only for that analysis, is **never stored on any server or log**, and is discarded immediately after processing.
- Only the resulting text remains on your device, so you can review past notes. You can delete any note in the app at any time.
- Before first use, a **consent screen** explains all of this. If you do not consent, the feature does not run.
- Results are reference information only, not medical advice (see Terms §3).
- Along with the photo, the request includes: your birth year and gender **if you set them in your profile** (used only to tailor peer-comparison output for that analysis, then discarded — height and weight are never sent), and a yes/no subscription flag (used only to apply the correct daily limit).
- **A copy of the analyzed photo is saved on your device** so you can look back at it later. This local copy never leaves your phone, is not sent anywhere, and is deleted when you delete the note.
- To prevent abuse, we count usage per device (a small daily limit) using an anonymous identifier — it is never linked to your photos or personal information.
### 3-1. Community (optional feature)
The Community board works **only when you choose to write something.**
- What is stored on the server when you post: the text of your post or comment, an app-generated anonymous nickname (e.g., "Peach12"), an anonymous device identifier, and the time of posting. Reports and blocks you submit are also stored so they can be enforced.
- **No name, email, phone number, or account is involved** — there is no sign-up, and the anonymous identifier cannot be traced back to you by the developer.
- Clinic and salon names in posts are **automatically converted to initials before being stored**, to protect privacy and comply with medical-advertising rules.
- You can delete your own posts and comments in the app at any time; deleted or reported-and-hidden content stops being shown immediately.
- The server is hosted on Supabase (processing on our behalf); community text is not used for any other purpose and is never linked to your cycle records.
### 3-2. Feedback you send (optional feature)
When you send a rating or a comment from the review prompt or Settings, only that text, an optional
1–5 rating, an anonymous device identifier, your app version, and the platform are stored on our
server. **Your nickname, cycles, visits, and photos are never included.** It is used solely to improve
the app, and there is no way for us to reply to you individually.
### 4. Deletion of information
**When you delete the app, all of the above is deleted from your device, and no copy exists anywhere else.** Community posts and comments are stored on the server until you delete them in the app. Deleting an individual item in the app immediately removes that item along with its visit history, skin notes, and visit photos (this cannot be undone).
### 5. Third parties
- Cycles and visit history: **never shared or outsourced.** No analytics SDK is used, and nothing you record in the app is collected by any third-party SDK. The information Google AdMob processes to serve ads during free use is described in §6 — your records are never used for or linked to advertising.
- AI Skin Note (§3): photo analysis is processed via the **Google Gemini API**. Photos are not used or stored for any purpose other than the analysis. If you do not use this feature, nothing ever leaves your device.
### 6. Advertising (during free use)
- No AdMob ads are shown during your first 7 days after install, or while you are subscribed. During these periods the advertising SDK is not even initialized, so no ad-related data leaves your device.
- After the ad-free period, if you continue using the app for free without subscribing, only **non-personalized ads** served by Google AdMob are shown. We do not use personalized ads that track your interests or behavior.
- While ads are shown, Google AdMob processes limited information to serve ads and prevent fraud: approximate location based on IP address, device information and device identifiers, and ad performance data (such as impressions and clicks). The exact items follow Google's official disclosures (Google privacy policy).
- **What you record in the app — cycles, visits, photos — is never used for or linked to advertising.**
- In the European Economic Area and the UK, consent is requested through Google's consent platform (UMP) before any ad is shown. If you do not consent, every feature still works and no ads are shown.
- Subscribing stops both the AdMob ads and the processing described above. Affiliate links under 'Care products' are not an ad SDK, so they stay regardless of subscription.
- Ads are served by a third-party network (Google AdMob). They are not recommendations by this app.
### 7. Permissions

The app never asks for permissions at launch — each is requested only when the feature is actually used.
### 8. Medical disclaimer
This app **does not provide medical advice.** The cycles shown are simple calculations based on dates you entered. The app does not recommend any treatment, nor does it guarantee the effect or safety of any treatment. Always consult your medical professional. Timing varies from person to person.
### 9. Visit photos — on this device only, never sent
You can attach photos chosen from your library to a visit record. These photos are stored only on this device and are never sent to a server.
- Deleting a visit, an item, or the app also deletes the attached photo files.
- Backup files do not include photos — they do not transfer to a new device.
- Unlike the AI Skin Note (§3), visit photos are never sent for analysis.
### 10. Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
### 11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this document and the in-app screen, and revise the "Last updated" date.

## 이용약관
### 1. 동의
BeautyCycle("본 앱")을 내려받거나 사용하면 본 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으시면 앱을 사용하지 마십시오. 본 앱은 개발자(문의: [email protected])가 제공합니다.
### 2. 이용 허락
개발자는 사용자에게 본인이 소유·관리하는 기기에서 **개인적·비상업적 목적**으로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가·철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이용은 본 약관 및 내려받은 App Store / Google Play의 규정을 따릅니다.
### 3. 의료 자문이 아님 (중요)
본 앱은 **의료 자문·진단·치료를 제공하지 않습니다.** 표시되는 주기와 날짜는 사용자가 직접 입력한 정보에 기반한 단순 계산입니다. 앱은 특정 시술을 권유하지 않으며, 그 효과·결과·안전성을 보장하지 않습니다. "AI 피부 노트"는 참고용 관찰 정보일 뿐 **의료적 소견이 아닙니다.** 시기와 결과에는 개인차가 있습니다. 시술 여부와 시기는 반드시 담당 의료진과 상담하십시오.
### 4. 구독 및 결제
- 본 앱의 모든 기능은 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 첫 7일은 광고가 표시되지 않으며, 이후에도 모든 기능은 무료로 유지되고 광고만 표시될 수 있습니다. 선택 사항인 **구독은 광고 제거** 용도이며, 추가 기능을 열지 않습니다.
- 광고 제거 구독은 **자동 갱신 구독**(예: 월간·연간)으로 제공됩니다. 가격은 구매 시점에 앱에 표시되며 지역에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
- 결제는 구매 확정 시 **App Store / Google Play 계정**으로 청구됩니다. 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 **자동으로 갱신**됩니다.
- 구독은 App Store / Google Play 계정 설정에서 언제든 관리·해지할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
- 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 구독을 구매하면 남은 체험 기간은 소멸됩니다.
- 환불은 개발자가 아니라 App Store / Google Play의 정책에 따릅니다.
- 가격이 변경되면 스토어 규정에 따라 사전 고지하며, 변경 후 계속 사용하면 새 가격에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
### 5. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자가 입력한 메모·기록·텍스트(시술 기록, AI 피부 노트 결과 포함)는 **사용자의 콘텐츠**이며, 개인정보처리방침에 따라 기기에 저장됩니다. 입력 내용의 정확성은 사용자 책임입니다. 불법 콘텐츠 저장이나 타인의 권리 침해에 앱을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
### 6. 금지 행위
다음을 하지 않기로 동의합니다: 앱의 역설계·디컴파일·변조, 서비스나 다른 사용자에게 해를 끼치는 사용, AI 기능 남용(자동화·과도한 요청 등), 그 밖의 불법적 목적의 사용.
### 7. 보증의 부인
본 앱은 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 **"있는 그대로(as is)", "가용한 대로(as available)"** 어떤 종류의 보증도 없이 제공됩니다. 앱이 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 작동한다거나 알림이 항상 전달된다고 보증하지 않습니다(기기 설정·권한·운영체제가 알림에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다).
### 8. 책임의 제한
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해(예약이나 알림 누락 포함)에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않습니다.
### 9. 변경 및 종료
앱과 본 약관은 갱신될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 최종 수정일과 함께 이 문서에 반영합니다. 개발자는 앱이나 기능을 중단·종료할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 언제든 앱을 삭제하여 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

## 개인정보처리방침
### 한 줄 요약
**이 앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.** 입력한 모든 기록은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 데이터가 기기 밖으로 나가는 경우는 사용자가 선택한 두 기능뿐입니다: AI 피부 노트(§3 — 사진 1장과, 프로필에 설정했다면 출생연도·성별이 분석에만 쓰이고 즉시 폐기)와 커뮤니티(§3-1 — 직접 작성한 글·댓글이 익명 닉네임으로 서버에 저장).
### 1. 수집하지 않는 정보
이 앱은 **회원가입이 없습니다.** 따라서 다음을 서버에 수집·저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
- 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보. (프로필에 출생연도·성별을 설정한 경우, AI 피부 노트 분석 요청 시에만 또래 기준 산출을 위해 함께 전송되며 — §3 참조 — 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.)
- 위치 정보, 연락처, 캘린더
- 광고 식별자(IDFA/AAID)·기기 식별자 — 개발자는 수집하지 않습니다(무료 이용 시 광고 게재 과정에서 Google AdMob이 처리하는 정보는 §6 참조)
- 사용 로그, 분석(analytics), 크래시 리포트
### 2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
사용자가 직접 입력한 다음 정보는 **기기 내부 저장소에만** 보관됩니다.

- 이 정보(주기·회차 기록)는 **네트워크로 전송되지 않습니다.** (유일한 예외는 §3의 AI 피부 노트.)
- 앨범에서 고른 기록 사진은 이 기기에만 저장되고, 네트워크로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 알림은 **기기 안에서 예약되는 로컬 알림**입니다(푸시 서버를 쓰지 않습니다).
- 감사 저널 텍스트와 직접 추가한 항목 이름은 이 기기에만 저장되며, 백업 파일을 만들면 그 안에 **평문으로**(암호화되지 않고) 포함됩니다. 앱 잠금은 앱 화면만 보호하고 백업 파일에는 적용되지 않으니, **백업 파일을 공유할 때는 유의하세요.**
- 시술 이력은 민감정보에 해당할 수 있으므로, 기록에 대해 서버를 두지 않는 설계를 택했습니다.
### 3. AI 피부 노트 (선택 기능 — 동의한 경우에만)
"AI 피부 노트"는 **사용자가 직접 선택했을 때만** 동작합니다.
- 촬영·선택한 얼굴 사진은 분석을 위해 **암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 AI 분석 서버에 전송**됩니다(Google Gemini API 처리).
- 사진은 분석에만 사용되고 **서버·로그 어디에도 저장되지 않으며**, 분석 즉시 폐기됩니다.
- 기기에 남는 것은 분석 결과 텍스트뿐입니다. 노트는 앱 안에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 첫 사용 전에 이 내용을 안내하는 **동의 화면**이 표시되며, 동의하지 않으면 기능이 실행되지 않습니다.
- 분석 결과는 참고 정보일 뿐 의료 자문이 아닙니다(이용약관 §3 참조).
- 사진과 함께 전송되는 것: **프로필에 설정한 경우** 출생연도·성별(해당 분석의 또래 기준 산출에만 쓰이고 즉시 폐기 — 키·몸무게는 절대 전송되지 않습니다), 그리고 일일 한도 적용을 위한 구독 여부(예/아니오 플래그).
- **분석한 사진의 사본이 기기에 저장됩니다** — 나중에 다시 볼 수 있게 하기 위한 것으로, 이 로컬 사본은 어디로도 전송되지 않으며 노트를 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 남용 방지를 위해 기기별 사용 횟수(소량의 일일 한도)만 익명 식별자로 집계합니다 — 사진·개인정보와 연결되지 않습니다.
### 3-1. 커뮤니티 (선택 기능)
커뮤니티 게시판은 **사용자가 직접 글을 쓸 때만** 동작합니다.
- 글을 올리면 서버에 저장되는 것: 글·댓글 텍스트, 앱이 만들어 준 익명 닉네임(예: "복숭아12"), 익명 기기 식별자, 작성 시각. 신고·차단 내역도 조치를 위해 저장됩니다.
- **이름·이메일·전화번호·계정은 일절 관여하지 않습니다** — 가입이 없고, 익명 식별자로는 개발자도 사용자를 특정할 수 없습니다.
- 글 속의 병원·샵 이름은 개인정보 보호와 의료광고 규정 준수를 위해 **저장 전에 자동으로 초성으로 변환**됩니다.
- 내가 쓴 글·댓글은 앱에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제되거나 신고 누적으로 가려진 내용은 즉시 표시가 중단됩니다.
- 서버는 Supabase(처리 위탁)에서 호스팅되며, 커뮤니티 텍스트는 다른 목적에 사용되지 않고 주기 기록과 절대 연결되지 않습니다.
### 3-2. 보내주시는 의견 (선택 기능)
리뷰 안내나 설정에서 별점·의견을 보내면 **그 텍스트와 1~5 별점(선택), 익명 기기 식별자, 앱 버전,
플랫폼**만 서버에 저장됩니다. **닉네임·주기·회차 기록·사진은 함께 전송되지 않습니다.** 서비스 개선
목적으로만 사용되며, 익명 수집이라 개별 회신은 드릴 수 없습니다.
### 4. 정보의 파기
**앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 기기에서 함께 삭제되며, 다른 어디에도 사본이 남지 않습니다.** 커뮤니티에 올린 글·댓글은 앱에서 삭제하기 전까지 서버에 보관됩니다. 앱 안에서 개별 항목을 삭제하면 해당 항목의 회차 기록·피부 노트·기록 사진이 함께 즉시 지워집니다(되돌릴 수 없습니다).
### 5. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
- 주기·회차 기록: **제공·위탁 없음.** 분석(analytics) SDK는 사용하지 않으며, 앱에 기록한 내용이 외부 SDK로 수집되는 일도 없습니다. 무료 이용 시 광고 게재를 위해 Google AdMob SDK가 처리하는 정보는 §6에서 설명합니다 — 기록은 광고에 사용·연결되지 않습니다.
- AI 피부 노트 사용 시(§3): 사진 분석 처리가 **Google Gemini API**를 통해 이루어집니다. 사진은 분석 목적 외에 사용·저장되지 않습니다. 이 기능을 쓰지 않으면 어떤 정보도 외부로 나가지 않습니다.
### 6. 광고 (무료 이용 시)
- 설치 후 첫 7일과 구독 중에는 AdMob 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 이 기간에는 광고 SDK가 초기화조차 되지 않으므로, 광고 관련 데이터가 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
- 무광고 기간이 끝난 뒤 구독 없이 무료로 이용하는 경우, Google AdMob의 **비개인화 광고**만 표시됩니다. 관심사·행동을 추적하는 맞춤형(개인화) 광고는 사용하지 않습니다.
- 광고가 표시되는 동안 Google AdMob이 광고 게재와 부정행위 방지를 위해 처리하는 정보: IP 주소에 기반한 대략적 위치, 기기 정보·기기 식별자, 광고 성과 데이터(노출·클릭 등). 구체적 항목은 Google의 공식 공시(Google 개인정보처리방침)를 따릅니다.
- **주기·회차·사진 등 앱에 기록한 내용은 광고에 절대 사용되거나 연결되지 않습니다.**
- 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국에서는 광고 표시 전에 Google의 동의 플랫폼(UMP)으로 동의를 요청합니다. 동의하지 않아도 모든 기능을 그대로 쓸 수 있으며, 이 경우 광고는 표시되지 않습니다.
- 구독하면 Google AdMob 광고 표시와 위 정보 처리가 모두 중단됩니다. 다만 '케어 상품 참고' 제휴 링크는 광고 SDK가 아니므로 구독과 무관하게 그대로 표시됩니다.
- 표시되는 광고는 외부 광고 네트워크(Google AdMob)가 제공하며, 이 앱이 특정 시술·병원·제품을 권하는 것이 아닙니다.
### 7. 권한

앱을 켜자마자 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. 각 기능을 실제로 쓰는 시점에만 요청합니다.
### 8. 의료 관련 고지
이 앱은 **의료 자문을 제공하지 않습니다.** 표시되는 주기는 사용자가 입력한 날짜에 기반한 단순 계산 결과이며, 특정 시술을 권유하거나 그 효과·안전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 시술 여부와 시기는 반드시 담당 의료진과 상담하십시오. 주기에는 개인차가 있습니다.

회차 기록에 앨범에서 고른 사진을 붙일 수 있습니다. 이 사진은 오직 이 기기에만 저장되며, 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 회차·항목·앱을 삭제하면 붙어 있던 사진 파일도 함께 지워집니다.
- 백업 파일에는 사진이 포함되지 않습니다 — 새 기기로 옮겨도 사진은 따라가지 않습니다.
- AI 피부 노트(제3항)와 달리, 기록 사진은 분석을 위해 전송되지 않습니다.
### 10. 아동의 개인정보
만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

내용이 바뀌면 이 문서와 앱 내 화면을 함께 갱신하고, 최종 수정일을 고칩니다.

이 앱은 회원가입이 없습니다. 다음을 일절 수집·전송·저장하지 않습니다.
