# LocalSale Privacy Policy

LocalSale ("the app") helps you find and post garage sales, yard sales and estate sales near you. This policy describes what information the app handles. The short version: **version 1.0 of LocalSale does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to third parties.**

## Information we do NOT collect

- **No account is required** and no account data is collected.
- **Location:** if you grant location permission, your location is used on your device only, to center the map on your area. It is never transmitted, stored, or shared.
- **Photos:** photos you attach to a sale listing remain on your device in version 1.0.
- **Sale listings you create** (title, address, dates, description) are stored locally on your device only.
- No analytics, no advertising SDKs, no tracking, no cookies.

## Permissions

- **Location (optional):** to show sales near you on the map. The app works without it.
- **Photo library (optional):** to attach photos when posting a sale.

## Map data

Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap (Android) and Apple Maps (iOS). Your map viewport requests are handled by those providers under their own privacy policies, as with any map application.

## Future versions

When online features launch (shared sale listings, accounts, community), this policy will be updated before those features ship, and the app will clearly disclose what is shared. Planned model: listings you choose to publish become public; advertising may be introduced after a free period, which will be disclosed in-app in advance.

## Children

LocalSale is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

## 지도 데이터

## 향후 버전

온라인 기능(공유 세일 등록·계정·커뮤니티) 도입 시 본 방침을 사전에 갱신하고 앱 내에 명확히 고지합니다. 예정 모델: 게시하기로 선택한 세일은 공개되며, 무료 기간 이후 광고가 도입될 수 있고 이는 앱 내에서 사전 고지됩니다.

## 아동

LocalSale은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
