**1. What NotiBox does.** NotiBox is a personal notification inbox. With your permission (Android Notification Access), it reads the notifications that messaging apps display on your device and saves them locally so you can search and re-read them.
**2. What data is accessed.** The sender name, message text, timestamp, and originating app contained in notifications you receive on this device.
**3. Where it is stored.** Exclusively on your device, in a private local database. NotiBox does not transmit, upload, back up, or sync your notification data to any server or cloud, and the developer cannot access it. The only thing NotiBox sends to our server is an anonymous device code (a one-way hash of your device's Android ID with an app-specific salt), registered once, so that the free 7-day period is applied once per device; it contains no personal data and no message content.
**4. Sharing.** NotiBox never shares, sells, or discloses your notification data to any third party. No third-party SDK receives your messages, notification content, or photos. The only data shared with a third party is the advertising identifier described in section 7 (Meta, app-install measurement) — it contains no message content.
**5. Retention & deletion.** Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete saved history at any time using the in-app "Clear" options (per app, per chat, or everything), by disabling Notification Access in Android Settings, or by uninstalling the app.
**6. Purchases.** Every feature is free for the first 7 days on a device. After that, opening past chats, search, export, widgets and keyword alerts require NotiBox Pro — a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase; notifications keep being collected for free. All payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play; NotiBox does not collect, process, or store any payment or card information. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play › Subscriptions. NotiBox contains no third-party ads. (Cards introducing other apps from the same developer may appear — see 7.)
**7. Advertising & app-install measurement.** NotiBox does not show third-party ads. When you open the app, a card may introduce other apps from the same developer; to hide apps you already have, NotiBox checks on your device whether they are installed — this check never leaves your device. We include the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the performance of our app-install advertising campaigns.
For this purpose, the app may collect and share your device's advertising ID with Meta, together with basic app events (for example, that the app was installed or opened). Your notification data is never used for advertising and is never sent to any advertising provider. Messages, sender names, notification content, and photos stay only on your device (see sections 3–4).
